OTTERA arranges and coordinates services provided by licensed third-party operators, owners and partners.
Our role
OTTERA acts as an agent in arranging services. Aircraft are operated by licensed air carriers, and yachts, residences and ground services are provided by their respective owners and operators.
Quotations and confirmations
All arrangements are subject to availability and to confirmation in writing. Quotations may change where schedules, routes or requirements change.
Cancellation
Cancellation and amendment terms follow those of the operator or provider for each arrangement and are shared before confirmation.
Conduct and safety
The operator retains final authority over the safe conduct of any flight, voyage or transfer.
